Can't Review Contents of Message Thread in Seller App

Not sure if it's my phone or the app, but I'm trying to review the contents of a long thread from a buyer who has a custom order, and the app just keeps bouncing around to different parts of the thread. It's not critical enough to open a ticket, but hopefully someone over there will take a few minutes to see if there is actually a problem that can be fixed on Etsy's end.

Sadly the seller app has just a fraction of the functionality of logging in via a web browser, and can't be relied on to run a shop. It's also full of bugs. : /

True. I don't use it, but others have said the same. It's best to switch to a browser.

I use it for order notifications. Once I tried editing a listing and the app doesn't let you change or add a shop category!! I don't know who thought that was something that wasn't needed in a seller app. lol

The sellers app is just riddled with problems.  I tend to get my orders in the evening and make a point of getting them ready to ship the next morning.  Last night I thought I had my orders ready to go, and then as I was getting ready for bed realized that another order had come in but the app hadn't put out the cha-ching sound, and I didn't know about the order.  I regularly have to delete the app and reload it to get the cha-ching sound back.

Just open the site on your phone in a browser window-- save it to your homepage-- It comes with its own Icon and looks like an app. The app is very lacking IMO and I don't use it.. it rarely has a sound notification anymore even when I have a sale so I just don't even use it anymore. My email is the one with sound and notifies me of a sale, where the app is touch and go.
