Can't pring shipping labels - Glitch?

I'm trying to print shipping labels from the completed orders page, but getting an "Uh Oh! Sorry, the page you were looking for was not found."  Etsy page when I click print. Is this a glitch?

I'm having the same issue. I'd cleared cookies and have updated browser, but still not working

From the "sold orders" page, if I click on "view purchased labels" in the top right corner, I am able to print from there (instead of clicking on the "print shipping labels" on the left. Hopefully that helps for now!

I’m having the same issue. I’ve cleared history and restarted my phone but it didn’t help.

I am having this issue too. Of course on the day I have lots of orders. I can purchase them but I can't print them.

I could print the labels individually from each order, but not all in one batch. It’s time consuming but it does work!

My problem was because I’m in the Uk and Royal Mail aren’t allowing post to outside the country

I no longer have the print option to print a label I purchased. I tried the above options and no luck. What do I do now? Purchase another label?

This is not something Etsy probably wants to hear - but if you can't print shipping labels, and the problem has been going on for days? Go open an account at Pirateship.  It doesn't cost anything. They have postage rates as good as Etsy (or maybe better, I'm not sure) - and their site works. And they respond to questions!

I requested a refund and then created a new label. I was able to print at that time.
