Can't login in Etsy Help

Every time I click on the Sign In button the page refreshes and nothing happens.

Also, the "Contact Etsy Support" button at the bottom of the page just opens the new "help" page over and over.

I've found out how to send email to Etsy, but the machine replies to me and I can't solve my problem with a refund.

if you are using the app, try a browser

If it's a query, other sellers here tend to be more responsive

expect 2 days plus from Etsy, and if they actually have to do anything, rather than just cut and paste the answer, it will be longer
If you get an automated reply, you have to reply to it with "I am sorry that doesn't fix my problem, I still need help"
If you don't reply, they close it
