I have been trying to load videos to my listings….something I have never had trouble with before. I have a new iPad but all the settings are the same as my old one. I have tried different browsers but that also doesn’t help and I have tried the old Etsy and new Etsy formats. I go through the steps of adding a video but then nothing happens. I keep all my videos under 15 seconds long so I know they are the correct size. Any ideas ?
