Variations not saving in a new/copied/updated listing - getting the orange banner UH OH Try Again

I run a very established and successful shop but as of last night when I tried to list a new item to update some older ones, it circled and spun for a while and then said "uh oh try again" and i did over and over and it did publish but never saved my variations as it forced me to back out and discard any changes. I could not even save as draft with variations. I have contacted support 4 times. I get the same song and dance and the shop is still not working correctly. I am just starting to wonder if anyone else is having similar issues or is my shop the only one and literally taking Etsy ALL day to fix it?

This happened to me this week as well. I spent about 30 minutes updating an established listing that sells well and the same thing happened to me. I got on a chat with support and they asked me to make sure Chrome was up to date. Once updated Chrome, I lost everything. I tried again, thinking it was a Chrome/Mac issue but it happened again. After spending time with support again, and explaining I updated about 20 other listings that evening without issue, I was told that it is a known issue with no date for resolution. 

After toying with it a bit more, it seems the issue is with the variations. I could save the description and photos but it would not take any updates to variations. 

Etsy is rolling out a new listing template. Only one of my listings is using the new template. Maybe this is causing the problem? I'm hopeful this resolves because it's a bad thing to have one of your performing listings not work due to a technical glitch. 

I'm questioning what's happening on the platform altogether. April is typically a strong month for me with Mother's Day and it's turning out to be the worst month in years. Something isn't right.

It's finally working as it should now. I don't know what happened or why but nobody every explained it to me.

It might have been a temporary glitch.  If it happens again, tey waiting an hour or 2, or until the next day.

I had this issue at least in past 2 weeks and When I call Etsy, they said they have been working on it.  Now it seems like it is fixed!! Finally I am able to update my variation!! Yay~

I am still experiencing same issue. There is no way that I could copy an item with Variation. I was trying to copy and item and change sku number also tags and save as draft and upload picture to publish. This way was working last one week however today that option has closed and have no way copying with variation. Is there any solution you could share with me guys. I wrote to etsy however have no answer yet.

Also STILL experiencing the same issue. Absolute nightmare.
