Can't get "Core Details" to work!!!!

I'm trying to make a reserved listing and at the core details part I try to click on a choice and it just jumps up to the start again!! My customer is waiting to pay! Any ideas?

I am having the same problem! I don't understand why they don't test the new feature before putting it live.

Yep...just another tool that is broken before it gets off the ground.

Another similar post says to try a different browser so I'm going to try that.

Can you copy a listing that has the core details you need and change the rest of the listing to what you want?  That is the only workaround that seems to work fairly consistently.

I had that issue and it turned out that even though I'd copied the listing to create a new one (the previous work around for the latest problem/work around), it had removed the 'who created it' selection --- BUT it doesn't tell you that until you go poking around.

We just tried using a different browser, as has been suggested by a tech support person. We were using chrome now trying edge. The cursor jumping off in core details was the problem for us. That has now stopped, but loading photos in edge is like pouring molasses, slow.  The listing did publish,  so, we are back in business. Maybe they will sort out our chrome issue soon. Edge is working though which is great!  So good luck all. Cheers Dennis
