I can’t get star seller service since it’s inception date because a couple of my products that are large are delivered by a delivery company that’s not on etsys list and therefore you can’t track these items. Because you can’t track them, it affects my dispatch rate and I’m being heavily penalised for my grate efforts across the board.
Etsy needs to take into consideration the above as I’m certain I can’t be a small minority of sellers who is having the same dispatch issue.
If Etsy doesn't list your carrier, choose Other then write in their name and enter your tracking number.
If Etsy doesn't list their carrier, then they can't automatically validate the tracking, and this advice will not have the desired effect the seller is looking for.
You have no sales.
