Can't find live chat?

Hi, I've been trying to get hold of Etsy support and emailed 2 days ago but haven't heard anything back. I know there used to be a live chat and also a call back thing but I can't find either of them, can anyone help?

The chat bubble is in your shop manager - lower right side.

I think it has gone back to just being visible for star sellers, could be wrong though

Just on the off chance this helps - I had to go back to "Shop Manager" - *not* the Dashboard, which is what I usually go to - to locate the chat bubble.  I hope that helps!

it's a big blue circle with a speech bubble inside just in the righthand bottom corner of your screen in your dashboard

Maybe try the call back option, it showing less than 1 min waiting times
