Can't edit personalization for listings. I get "Uh oh! Something went wrong - please try again."

I have a "personalization" box on all listings. Every customer has to put their event date before they can place their order. When I go out of town, instead of putting my shop on vacation mode, I make sure everyone agrees that their order will ship out after a certain date. That way, they can't say they didn't know when they placed their order. This is not the first time I have had this issue. Getting very tired of using a buggy platform.

Try doing it from your shop page and not on the dashboard

I’m having a similar issue. I want to deactivate all made to order listings while out of town but i get the same “uh oh” red banner. I dont want to put my shop of vacation mode, I have a lot of ready to ship my daughter can take care of. I also can’t change featured items. Called yesterday and got nowhere. They emailed me today and said they were looking into it. I changed turnaround time to 2-3 weeks but no one is paying attention to it. I am so frustrated. I pay enough in fees and I’m getting nothing from Etsy.

I can’t find it now. Look at your shop from the home page, as your customers see it. Click on each listing from there and there is a deactivate option right at the top and that should work.

Update: Seems like the personalization box was fixed this morning.
