Yes same issue for me. Tags wont save. I tried 2 different browsers.

To edit your listing with Editing options:

1. Sign in to Etsy.com.
2. Go to Shop Manager.
3. Go to Listings.
4. Check the box next to each listing you'd like to edit. Check the box at the top of the page to select all listings.
5. Go to Editing Options.
6. Choose an action from the list.
7. Make your changes, and then select Apply.

This works every time!
