Can't download PDFs - Packing Slips or Order Receipts

Had this issue for two days, extremely frustrating. I'm using google chrome, on dekstop and various mobile devices. When it goes to open the pdf in a new screen, its just blank. Only happens on etsy though, and I've gone through all the resets and cookie clearing etc.
I don't even want to try buying a shipping label because I worry the same thing will happen. Thankfully it's the weekend now, but I need it sorted asap otherwise I'll have to buy shipping somewhere else.

Edit: Tried more devices and browsers, not working anywhere. Got IT fiance to take a look, managed to find the attempted pdf file but its failed/corrupted each time.

Is it a sale to Canada, if so, there are bugs and you can't print those

Oh! OK just had a look, taking out the Canadian orders works. The one at the top of my list was Canada so even when I tried to do just one vs all of them it still wasn't working.

That fixes my main concern with the shipping labels - thank you! But I've still got multiple orders I can't print though, do you have any idea how long term this issue has been?

Hi, Etsy started to charge PST on Canadian orders for certain provinces, and the whole Canadian tax thing has been messed up, mostly for Canadian sellers, but also PST on some non-Canadian sellers

I think they are trying to fix it, but messed up the packing slips in the process - trying to get the info right on them

I am having the same issue.  I can't download my shipping labels.  I am getting frustrated.  When I try to print my label, I get a PDF live form which is corrupted.  This is a sale within my own state.  I hope Etsy is making allowances for this delayed shipping time!!

@MoeggenborgSugarBush   Etsy will not for the delayed shipping time.

Chances are it is your computer not Etsy.

Clean out cache and cookies,  Reboot computer,  Upgrade Adobe.  Use a different browser.  All the usual things to clear up issues.  It is not always Etsy.

You may have to save the label from the PDF and print out.

Also if using the app, try a PC.  Or if printing from the email, try coming into the site to print.

If you can't get the label at all, extend the shipping date.

I am pretty sure it isn't my computer.  I have done all of the stuff you mention.  This just started today.  I will just use USPS

@MoeggenborgSugarBush  :  If the PDFs are corrupted it is less likely that it is your computer, but we just tried printing packing lists from some orders and the PDFs were okay.

I just processed 6 orders with no issues. 

Try this: Uninstall PDF Live

I am having the same issue.  I contacted support, but she didn't seem to understand what I was saying.  I told her I had to get my labels through USPS and she said as long as I got the label I didn't need to worry.  UGH.  she was very nice, but I finally asked her if she was located in the US because I was sensing a big language barrier.  She confirmed that she was not in the US.
