Shop on vacation mode - unable to contact Etsy

Hi,

Etsy put my shop into vacation mode because if inactivity. I cannot turn it on. I assume I need to contact Etsy support but for 5 days I have the same message while I try to enter Etsy contact page:

Whoopsie!
Etsy just had a hiccup.

You can try refreshing your page in a few moments. If this is a widespread issue, you'll be able to find details at https://www.etsystatus.com/.

Status show that all is working correctly from Etsy side. 

Any ideas?

Just have to keeping trying, the main reason Esty forces you into vacation mode is when there is a problem with either your ID or Bank details verification, check your emails and spam, there may be an email from them to ask you to resubmit some details

@TheArtable Could it be that the shop was paused due to:

• Reports of counterfeit products from museums, magazines, photographers, etc. as shown in the shop banner and reviews? If you are printing images with another business's brand on them, the items are not from the brand, so are unauthorized counterfeits.
• Reports that shop has no handmade products? Making and selling copies of out-of-copyright images is not illegal, but it is against Etsy rules that state the shop owner must make or design their products - grabbing works not the shop's and printing them does not meet Etsy's definition of handmade or vintage.
