HI: Do you have a lap top or desk computer? Try deleting the video from your lap top, tablet or desk computer. In the past, Etsy was quite particular about how you could make changes to your shop and if your web browser was the latest and greatest ! Currently, whenever I make a shop sale, I will get a cash register chime on my iphone. But, not my desk top computer. My desk top computer uses a slightly older browser so, Etsy ignores it. My ipad tablet use to receive the a cash register chime whenever I made a shop sale, but they stopped because, my Ipad was not using the most up todate browser. I think, its an disservice to the artists. I can use those same computer peripherals to visit and shop on, Amazon, LL Bean and Ebay, but not Etsy. It just does not make any sense.
