Can't create Scan form if Global Shipping labels are included

I've been seeing this problem since March and there are plenty of post about it but I have seen no solutions or updates from Etsy. If you try to generate a scan form with Global Shipping labels included - nothing happens - when you click the generate button no form or error message is created. If you remove any Global Shipping labels the form will generate. You CAN include labels to Canada (if shipping from US). You can generate a separate form with JUST Global shipping labels. This really needs fixed.

This has been a big frustration for me as well for many months and I hope it gets fixed soon. Another issue is that the Value Per Item data hasn't been autofilling on the Customs form for shipping labels and can really slow my process down having to look up item prices. The third newest hiccup is an issue with being unable to access my Etsy shopping cart at all.
