I'm trying to comment on an open case, and it will not add my comment. I have restarted my computer, didn't work. I've also tried on my phone, and it's still not working. I currently have the Etsy chat open trying to speak with them, and they are not responding at all! There must be a glitch in the system. This is so frustrating as I'm trying to resolve the case, and Etsy will probably refund the buyer, and not give me the opportunity to comment, which is unfair. Is anyone else having this issue?
