So I accidentally requested a refund on a shipping label for an order that was already in transit. The package has arrived safe and sound, but the problem is that I cannot close the order now. When I requested the shipping label refund, the order moved from 'completed' to 'new', and there it sits with big bold red words 'ship by 10 days ago'. lol. I can't cancel the shipping label refund request and I can't complete the order. I suppose once the refund request is denied, I will be able to close it, but that could take weeks. I'm worried this is gonna ruin my Star Seller rating. Any suggestions?
Have you tried marking complete and adding the tracking number of the label you accidentally canceled?

Yes, first thing I tried but because I asked for a refund for that shipping label, the tracking number isn't valid. eeeek

Maybe try the Chat option - I'm in the US and seeing it on my dashboard now. They can forward your issue to some Team, hopefully.

I had the same issue. My package had already shipped and been delivered. I contacted Etsy through the live chat, verified some information and they changed the status to completed and delivered. That seems to be the easiest way to get this resolved from what I could tell! Hope this helps.
