Can´t change the desciption text for my products

I've tried everything, even logging out and logging in again didn't change anything. It looks like the description text is frozen.

Are you trying via desktop or app? Are you using the old Listing form or new form? What browser are you using?

Hello, I am using Microsoft Edge browser. I have never had this problem before with this browser. I am using the new listing form and here it´s the same.

Try using the old listing, the new one is as buggy as can be.

Raise with etsy support as the new listing option has several bugs and this might be another

I have the same problem: was revising some old listings this morning and the text changed back to the old when I saved it. 2 hours down the drain before I found out

Will try the new form hopefully that helps (even though I really do not like the set up. Am I the only one..? )

For me it made no difference whether I used the old or the new listings. I've been working in the new listings all along.

You can't change or save the text in the items and therefore can't add new items to the Etsy shop (neither in the old version , nor in the new version) tried with opera , with firefox , with google chrome but always the same error.

The problem is solved from Etsy. I don´t know what is was!

The problem still exists here, clear cache, opera browser, chrome, firefox, old version, new version.reboot etc.
