Can't change my old FAQ and it has wrong information- critical update

Ever since Etsy updated the app, I can't find a way to change my old FAQ policies which have critically wrong information that is costing me money. If it shows on my shop, I should be able to change it. I don't understand why they eliminated our ability to update the FAQ but left it on our pages. Mine has the wrong address and people have sent returns to the wrong location and its long-past USPS forwarding window. 

I also have been trying for three years to remove an old explore video on my page from Halloween of 2022. 

Ive had over 20,000 sales and can't fix these critical issues. Can anyone help?

Use a browser instead. Too many problems with the app.

the app is unreliable. desk top only for most shop edits for me.

So are you saying you don't have an EDIT SHOP button on the bottom left side in your banner?
