I have customers always asking me why they can not buy certain items on my site because when they look at an item it says they can’t buy it in that region. I have written this to support a dozen times, and it never gets corrected. I am loosing sales because it keeps happening. What is it I need to do to fix this!!!!!!!!!!! I am about to go CRAZY! Please help me get this issue resolved and over! Please!
Replied on your other OP. It's because of the mesquite wood you're using. According to Etsy, mesquite is an invasive, noxious weed, so it cannot be sent to certain areas.
