Can't add tracking once order is marked as complete
Once I have maked the order Complete, I can't add tracking anymore. So I had to message to the buyer personally. This has reduced my "On-Time TDispatch and Tracking" score. Which is why I can't get the star seller badge even after fulfilling all the other criterion!

You have three days to add or amend the tracking number. After that what is there (if anything) is locked in.
There are three main criteria for Star Seller, reviews, shipping and messaging. You need all three for the Star Seller Badge, but if you miss one or two you can get the individual badges for the criteria you achieved.
In addition, before you can even be eligible for any badges, you have to meet a minimum number of orders, and a minimum value of sales, and it must be 90 days from the date of your first sale.

When you mark as complete, there's a pop up box, with the place to input the tracking number.
You shouldn't be marking these as complete 3 days+ before you get a tracking number.
You should have a tracking number, they should be with the carrier, and then you mark as complete, giving all the relevant info at the same time.
