Can't add listings

Hey all, 

For weeks I've been trying to add listings and I just get a technical error message, I've tried chatting online and had no help what-so-ever, anybody else having issues, I feel like I'm being fobbed off with the usual 'we are aware of the situation' but its not being resolved.  I've tried adding via my phone and laptop

I have been having the same problem since yesterday afternoon. Did live chat with etsy and I was told that engineers are working on it.

I found out why my new listing could not be published or saved as a draft. I was entering in 14 ounces for First Class shipping. Usually a pop up appears that says the package does not meet the requirements for First Class. I changed the weight to 13 ounces and I was able to save my draft. it will be nice when we can choose a Ground Advantage shipping profile.

Did you get your issue resolved?  I’m having the same problem. Halfway through creating a new listing my screen suddenly goes white and a little “buffering” circle continually rotates. I’ve allowed it to literally rotate for half a day, but then have no option but to abandon it and start all over again. This has happened several times.

Yes, I have been trying to "Add listing" for the very first time, (thought I was doing something wrong, being blocked, or they were updating their site...) and I keep getting sent to an error message page that says " 

"oh oh, a stitch has gone awry..." and says to try again later. Been getting this message for two or three days now.
