Can´t add Taxpayer ID

Hi,

My shop is located in Finland and I recently got email from Etsy that they need more information about me. I manage to add my phone number but when I try to add taxpayer id which here is called hetu, it doesn´t approve that. I got red tex below the box to say:" Please enter a valid HETU". I´ve tried to write it different way and also the way we finnish people write our hetu so what I´m missing here? How to contact Etsy? Etsy will put my shop in vacation mode unless I don´t provide this information and I really need my shop to stay open since it´s my only additional income and really need those orders to come.
