Can't access my cart

Whenever I click on my cart, I receive the error message: "Uh oh! A stitch has gone awry. Please try again later."

This issue has been occurring for several hours.

I am still having problems accessing my cart! It’s been going on for over 10 days- I’ve tried everything! Anyone finding any solutions? I also need to order supplies and can’t open the cart! It’s extremely frustrating.  I wonder how many customers are having the same problem?

Same problem--I order a lot on etsy.  found that the glitch was having over $35 free shipping amount from one account that I order from was tripping the glitch.  Once I lowered my cart below the $35 with my phone--I could see my cart again.  Makes buying EXTREMELY hard!!!

I am having the same issue. I have chatted with support many times...they said it was b/c I had too many items "saved for later" and cleaned that up. It worked for a week and now I am back to the error message!!!!

I'm still having the error problem after days of trying to get into my cart.  I was able to get into one shop by going to the app and moving most of my items to 'save for later' but can't get into the other shop's shopping cart at all. I have several items I'd like to purchase, but can't do so.  I'm surprised that more people aren't complaining about this!  I do think it has something to do with reaching the $35 free shipping limit.

I wasn’t able to access my cart. I had a lot on there and multiple items from one seller 

I finally tried my 3rd device and could see the cart items to the right of my favorites page. I cleared almost all items and am now able to access my cart. So strange

I have 21 items in my cart and I can't open it.

It is very baaad. I am a jewelry maker, and I need those items now.

Etsy has changed so much lately, and not for the better...

And I'm sorry if I'm starting to seem like a broken record, but I'm hopeful if we keep providing the info in the thread the mod has already visited that maybe it will get some greater attention.

I contacted Etsy support and they said they moved all of my Saved for Laters to my favorites and now I can access my cart. I did originally have 99+ items saved for later, before I even contacted Etsy support I had removed almost all of them except 5 or 6 items and it still wasn't working. So if anyone hasn't already tried, maybe try removing all items saved for later and see if that works? Hope it helps someone!
