Last week, my account was hacked and the hacker sent over 200 spam messages to people. After I recovered my account, Etsy restricted my ability to reply to messages. I've reached out to support 5 times about this issue, but I only received one helpful reply asking me to answer security questions. However, after doing so, I haven't heard back from them.

You will need to contact Etsy support directly - try replying to their last email again and remind them that you still can't send messages. Don't open a new support ticket.
