Can't Publish New Listings - Constant Error

Yesterday I published a few new listings just fine, and on about the 5th or 6th one, I suddenly started getting an error:

"Hm, we’re having trouble saving your changes. Try again, and if this keeps happening contact Etsy Support."

I contacted Etsy Support, who came back saying they know about it and it is affecting lots of other sellers. I was assured they're working on it and that they'd email me back shortly.

This morning still nothing, and I still cannot publish.

Anyone else having this issue?

If you are using the new listing form, switch to the old form and see if this one works.  Etsy is having almost constant problems with the new form and it doesn't seem like it will be fixed any time soon.  If the old form doesn't work, then it is time to wait a while and try again.  Good luck.

That absolutely worked! Thank goodness I posted about it here.

Why wouldn't they just tell me that might be the issue? I could have continued listing yesterday. 

I'm going to continue only using the old listing form.

How do you get to the old format? Where is it on Etsy?

@LauraBlakeKeyser   From the new listing form, hit escape to get rid of the pop up that asks for details about the item.  There should then be a tab across the top that says switch to the old format.  Click on that and you should be on the old form.

Haven’t been able to upload a single new item on the new app as site crashes midway, iPad is up to date so don’t know what the problem is.

The new listing form has been particularly glitchy for me the last week or so. I recommend switching to the old listing form as soon as you open a listing for edit, otherwise you may lose your changes.
I wish that Etsy would hide the new form until it is fit for purpose.

I'm glad I found this thread because the old listing format is still refusing to save. The old one works just fine.
