Can't Log In To Account - Not Receiving Email

I am unable to access my account, it was temporarily deactivated for security reasons. I verified myself and to the following email:

"Hello,

Thank you for writing to us.

We've sent you an email today with the subject line, "Reset Your Password." It includes instructions for resetting your Etsy password.
 
You won't be able to sign in to your Etsy account until you change your password via that email. The reset email has been sent to the email address on file with your Etsy account. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you haven't received the message."

But there I didn't receive the email..... and it's not in my junk..... when I try to reset it manually it says my account is still restricted...

How can i access my account again?

What is your shop name? are you sure the initial message came from Etsy?

Yes, it's Etsy - as I initially couldn't log-in and had to set-up a support ticket.

They didn't email me first.

It looks like they have suspended your shop, you will have to contact Etsy.

Thank you, yes, but we were suspended because we need to submit our Etsy Payment information. And we have a case open. (But i cannot add the relevant information / monitor my case as i cannot access).

We are now logged out for suspicious activity. But even though they approved us, we are not getting the email - so i am in a loop. Where i cannot provide relevant information and access my account.
