Can't Download My Orders and Orders Item CSV files

I have tried several times this AM to download my recent orders to save to my computer. I have tried on both Chrome, and Internet Explorer.

I have the same problem! I need Orders csv and Orders Items csv, but files was not emailed!

I contacted Etsy via chat and they send me it immediately

Same issue here, CSV files not being delivered.   Can't contact support no option to do so, just circling around on basic help pages.

Look for the chat bubble on your browser on the shop manager dashboard page, on the lower right. This will connect with Etsy support. You will need to verify your identity after answering the initial robo questions about why you contact them about (I said/needed: "I'm having issues getting the data download spreadsheets from etsy" and that the issue topic was "finance" related). Next, I was once connected with an agent and I got the downloads I needed (Etsy Payment Sales and Order Items) fairly quickly. Hope this helps

And just for the record - I'm not getting any option to connect with support, the chat bubble isn't functioning and I think many others are experiencing this problem also.... Which leaves us stranded.

CSV files are not being delivered via email, unable to contact anyone on support, no chat or support tickets, just circling around the help pages.

ETSY support severely lacking.

There are currently two threads on this issue.  Community have said they are looking into it, but so far I have been waiting three days for this to be resolved.

Sadly, they must have cut their support and they lie to themselves they have no problems when they clearly do!

Ugghh! That is exactly why I came here.  Not being alone with this makes me feel somewhat "better" but not really.  LOL  I just put in a ticket but I am sure they will not be in a rush to respond.

Same problem here as of 01.04.2025 and still an issue. Etsy Support keeps saying it will be fixed soon.

It's that time of month when I need to submit my monthly tax return. I need the csv report from Etsy for March to complete this. I requested this two days ago. Normally the link is emailed within minutes. Noone is responding to my customer support emails. 

Any ideas?

There is another long thread on this topic, their system is currently down and supposedly being worked on but as of this morning 4/3 it's still down.

Some sellers have been able to use chat to have them send the csv files that way.

Same here. Unable to download CVS report. Comes at a bad time when taxes are due soon.

Like others have mentioned. I did the chat thing and took about 5 minutes for them to upload it to the chat. They wanted to know how much was in my payment account, my payment account card number (last 4), and my deposit account (last 4), also how many Draft listing I have.

Just curious, what does your email address's end with, mine is an Apple email address, so it is a  .me address. Wondering if it's being blocked by Apple servers. If anyone else uses an Apple email address I'd be curious. i.e., .iCloud, .me, .mac  That's the extent of my troubleshooting skills. Good luck, hopefully it gets fixed soon!!

It's now 4/3 and still not working.  I'm trying to download 'Etsy Payment Sales' CSV.  Any update on a fix for this issue?

I am having the same issue. I've been trying for 2 days to download my orders from March so I can file my quarterly sales tax return and I'm not receiving the email link as I normally do.
