Has anyone else had trouble downloading their CVS orders data? I'm trying to do my bookkeeping for March and I just get "We're generating your download and will email you a link to it when it's ready." I never get an email to open the link. Last month I got an email right away, so I know it's a glitch in the system.
Also, I've emailed Etsy about the problem and haven't gotten a reply from them either.
Your a star seller, so technically you should still have access to chat. I always have a chat bubble on the bottom right of my orders page. But I think if you wade through the help center, you can usually find chat for specific topics there too.
Before the Etsy team resolves this issue, you can contact the support staff and tell them the content and type of form you need. After verifying few questions, they will send it to you. I just get my order file.
How do you contact them? I didn't find where! Hopefully, I didn't have to contact them often, but it's a pain to find how when we need! Thanks for your help!
We are also having the same issue. It was the same yesterday and now still persisting. Why do we have to wait for an email, the way it worked before with a instant download was so much easier and better
I was wondering why the download didn't work immediately for months now. the "we send it per mail" annoyed me for months... but now we don't even get the emails..... yay...
