I have tried several times this AM to download my recent orders to save to my computer. I have tried on both Chrome, and Internet Explorer.
I know many of us have been waiting days for our CSVs and/or requesting them repeatedly in order to file taxes— any updates on when this will be functioning properly again (because as of 4/3 midday, it’s not)? Or, furthermore, whether this will ever be instant download-capable like it was in the past?

I’ve been keeping up with these older threads, too. Created a new post because people have said Etsy flagged this issue as “solved” but it very much isn’t.
If you can get to a live chat support they can give you the downloads there in the live chat session. I got the all the csv's I needed for 2 dif shops that way on the 1st. It takes a bit of time and they will ask you for info to verify it's really you as expected like last 4 #'s of CC & bank account associated with your shop and current payment account balance, they may ask other things too like how many draft listings you currently have etc
Having same issue. Tried to download orders and order items csv for Jan-Mar yesterday and again today. Still nothing.
Can Etsy please update as to when this will be fixed? Also since when can we not email Etsy directly with a problem? One used to be able to request a call or at least email Etsy with a problem. Now that option is gone.

Yesterday, I had Chat Support send me Orders CSV files for my 5 Shops. The Support Rep was able to do this is one chat
Be prepared to have to provide all Shop Names. the last 4 digits of your Bank Account and Billing Card and your current Payment Account Balance. for any / all Shops for which you need the CSV. I prepared this information before I opened the Chat by copying into a Word Document and then just copy / past into the Chat once the Rep asked for the details. That saved a lot of time.
Support will download the files into the Chat window and you can open and save them from there.

Yes. It is working for me too! And the email is, once again, coming from Payments Team and not that very strange email address it was being sent from for several months. No more going to "Spam" because of all the "coding gibberish" in the body of the email.
Now it works again...
this never-good solution. From the very beginning, the link should have at least been provided in the shop manager's messages, rather than in the shop owner's email, since our helpers don't have access to it and every download has to be forwarded. This simply creates more work and causes delays.
