I'm having the same issue, tried pulling multiple times yesterday and today. I contacted Etsy support and was disturbed by the lack of professionalism, and still have no updates or solutions in order to pull these reports for my 2024 taxes.

This is a problem for me too. I was able to download the payment account csv's, but not the orders csv's. The payment account ones came right away and had the option for downloading it right from that page and not through an email link. But the orders csv is just stuck. My shop has been sorely neglected this year and I only had three orders, so it's not like it should be complicated if it was working. It used to be almost instantaneous, even when I had a lot of orders. So, something isn't working.
Same problem. Just was on chat with Etsy. They said that they didn't see a problem on their end but that they would make a note of the trouble I was having. In the mean time they manually sent me the requested CSVs.
How did you even get to chat with them? I can't find an appropriate way to get to the chat in the help section. Did you just pick something and go with it?
Same here. Tried different browsers, a MacBook, a windows machine, different network. Etsy support takes forever, last time it took two week to reply back to my request for help. We are expected to reply to customers in 24 hours, wish Etsy extended us the same courtesy.
Same issue, so frustrating. Needing my CSV to process/print orders. Can we please go back to downloading them the way we used to instead of waiting for an email that sometimes never comes? Yesterday I found that clearing my cookies helped instantly (or so I thought). Ran into the same issue again this morning, cleared cookies, but didn't work this time around.
I need to download CSV files. I get responses saying the downloads will be emailed to me, but I am not receiving them. I have been waiting for over 5 hours.
A few other sellers have mentioned this same dilemma. It may have something to do with your email provider thinking it is spam. Have you checked your spam junk folders to see if it ended up there?
@KalxDesigns Check the forums for other posts about this dilemma ... the one I saw had over 70 comments. I did not read through them all, but perhaps there is a workaround?
@KalxDesigns There is a longer thread that started yesterday. In it admin said they are now aware of the issue and working on it. Someone mentioned they were able to get on chat with etsy support and have theirs manually emailed to them, but I can't figure out how to do that.
