Can't Download My Orders and Orders Item CSV files

I have tried several times this AM to download my recent orders to save to my computer. I have tried on both Chrome, and Internet Explorer.

Same issue. Not in spam. Everyone is smart enough to check spam! Plus, it's never gone to spam before. Agree about why this has to be emailed and not downloaded as it used to be.

They ended up sending me a March statement which doesn't have half of what the sold orders has on it which is what I requested.

I received an email today but it was March Etsy Statement instead of sold orders.  I hope I don't have to wait 7 days to request it again.

Are there any updates today (4/3)?  I’ve been trying to download my CSVs all week and can’t file my taxes for 2024 until I get them.  Also have no access to chat anymore, which sounded like the only real estate workaround…

I am trying now many times to download order csv files in the download section but they never arrive to my email. No also not in spam. Is there any glitch that makes this feature now working . It is very important for my quarterly VAT taxes report. Does it take maybe many hours to arrive ? It should be a small CSV file so don't think it should take hours to arrive to my mail.

Any other people facing this issue.?

You don't need to wait for the CSV via email.  As soon as it has been generated you will find it in your downloads.

 @JJewellerySuppliesUK   This is a problem. The CSVs from the Payment Account Page download within the Shop.

But the CSVs from Download Data are now sent by a link in an email. This has been happening for months.

The Orders CSV is completely broken as the email is not being sent

Is anyone else having issues with the CSV files for orders/order items not coming through? I've been selling on Etsy for 12 years, so I know how to download the files. The problem is, when I select the month/year and try to download it says that it will be emailed to me and then never comes. Anyone else?
