Can't Download My Orders and Orders Item CSV files

I have tried several times this AM to download my recent orders to save to my computer. I have tried on both Chrome, and Internet Explorer.

I'm having the same issue. Someone, who had created the same post a few threads down, said they were having trouble as well. Sounds like it might be an issue since there are multiple people having the same problem.

I think they send you a link via your email now and you have to download from there. Check the email that is attached to your shop.

Yeah that's the issue, they aren't showing up in email or are seriously delayed. It's been like 5 hours now waiting for the download links to be emailed for 3 different shops, no emails, no download links anywhere to be found in any of the emails. I checked spam/junk and all the folders.

Well that sucks. Typical Etsy. Take something that's working and "fix" it by breaking it.  I just said screw it when they did that and decided to just use the monthly statement page, click the arrows to get the fees etc to all show and print. They go by what is on my 1099k for income anyways.

As soon as it is generated you should be able to find it in your downloads without having to wait for an email which typically takes a while to receive.

That only works if the volume of orders is low.  Larger volumes can only be downloaded with the link in the email.

I don't think it's even being generated because there isn't anything from Etsy in my downloads.

Same issue, don't get any e-mail. Normally it was a instant download but that also doesn't happen.. My Etsy chat with customer service is probably not working.

I can not download any of the CSV sales, order files. I tried yesterday and this morning and just get the same message that I will get notified when they are ready, it normally only takes few minutes.

I need these reports for my shipping manifests, can't ship unless I can get the info. Why it was changed to an email is beyond me but it needs to be dealt with today.

I went in to run my quarterly sales reports and when I click download CSV file it says they will download and email them to me. It has been over 12 hours. No email. Anyone else having this issue? Usually they download immediately. Thanks!
