I requested my CSV this morning about 2 hours ago and still haven't received the email yet, is there an issue with sending them? I wish we could just download them like we used to be able to do.
Did you check your junk mail? When they first started emailing the file, mine were going into junk mail (since it was coming from a different email address than usual). Once I had a delayed email, but it was far less than 2 hours. I know some sellers have asked for the file via chat & have gotten help that way.
You don't have to wait for the email. After you click the "generate csv" button, it turns to "download csv", just click again and you'll be able to download it from the page. I just downloaded the March Monthly payment csv for both my shops without any problems.
Yeah that only happens with the Monthly Statements csv from the shop payment account finances section. The other csv's from Options > download data are emailed and are not currently working or actually emailing them.
It's happening to me too. From the Download Data section, to get Sold Order CSV. It does not give me the option to download straight off the site. It says it will email a link but the email never comes. I spoke with an Etsy rep and it was unhelpful
These CSVs have been a bit slow to be sent to email for Months now. As it is the first day of the Month, it may be that many people are trying to download them and the system is having trouble coping with the load. There is a lot going on today system-wise. SSP caalculations and Monthly Invoicing, not to mention the "Bulk Expiry" of previously unexpired Listings. The mice may be running slower in the wheel today.
Ok sort of update- I have been on with live chat support for over an hour now (uggg) and have reported this issue. I also gave them links to this thread and the other threads about the issue for them to pass along.
It seems like it took forever but they were able to provide the csv downloads in the live chat for the csv's I needed for 2 different shops. They did ask the usual security questions when it comes to financial stuff (last 4 of bank acct and CC associated with shop and the current shop payment account balance) and I was able to download what I needed. Now I can finish my bookkeeping for March.
