Can't Create Listings

I know everyone's having problems listing new merchandise however I'm just trying to figure out what everyone is doing to get around it.  One day I can create listings and the next 10 days I can't.  I have several shops and I can't get past the very most basic of creating the listing which is this part "

"First, tell us about your listing."  

I can't even scroll down to hit continue link or whatever it says on the bottom of that part of the page to even move on to creating listings.  I know I can copy and paste from other listings but I hate to do so as I fear it's going to use the old data from those listings so that they don't appear new.

I always use the duplicate feature and then edit the new version. No problems at all.

I'm having the exact same problem and it's very frustrating. Duplicating and editing an existing listing does work as a way to get around it, but I hope they fix it soon since making new listings is a pretty important function!
