Can't Answer A Buyer Message

I have a buyer that messaged me yesterday and I replied. All was good. They replied again last night and now I am trying to answer them but I can't type in the box at all. And there is an odd code in the box  <<oooo>> 

Can someone please help me so she doesn't think I am ignoring her?

Might be a glitch, have you contacted Etsy in live chat? could you not send your customer an email instead until it is fixed?

Shes never ordered so there is no email showing. And oddly on the right side it says "no contact history" when there clearly is

I try not to use live chat as its been my experience that it is a huge waste of time.

Must be an etsy glitch. But for me its only 1 message. I can answer the other ones so far

if it is happening on the app.

try your pc... or laptop.

okay well now its fixed lol. Haven't been able to type in the box all day today and posted here and its fixed. I was alreayd on a call with live support so they said they would make sure tech support knew.

when it is happening to lots of sellers.

if it was only happening to you.

it would be fixed sometime in 2025.

So true!! I am just glad its fixed. When I went back the odd code was finally gone and I could type again. Thanks whomever fixed it
