Can't Access Listings

I haven't been able to post a new listing for the last 4 months without using the copy function from another listing.  Etsy is well aware of it and gave me a canned response...we're aware of this and just trying to figure out how far it goes.  On Friday I no longer can even access my listings.  All I get is the spinning "I'm thinking circle" and it never stops until I get annoyed and leave the page.  Anyone else having this issue.  The way I see it...if Etsy is trying to figure out how large the other problem is and it's never been fixed....I'll never be able to update a listing every again...whether it's expired, need to add more qty available or sold out and need to add more.  The worst part is..this is happening on multiple shops of mine...not just this one.  All my other functions work on the dashboard.  Etsy wants to complain that poor sales on Etsy is due to the economy...I say it's due to the broken platform.  If they'd just fix all the broken issues; maybe we might be able to make a sale.  Can't make a sale if the listings don't work.

Sounds like a loading issue. Try resetting your modem.

No...not my modem.  And yes..I did reboot it right now just to see.

@sweettreatssupplies  Hi, I'm sorry you're having trouble. It's ridiculous that you can't access your listings since Friday. People can't sell what they can't list. If this helps at all, I use a desktop computer, Chrome, Windows 10. I've been using Renew > Edit (either with Sold Out Listings, to put in a new photo, one of the same exact Style). Or Renew > Edit (an Inactive Listing). Or Copy > Edit (for a new Item). So far, there have been no issues.

However, today I had a sale. When I went to issues a Partial Ship. Refund; where it says "Review Refund", I received a spinning wheel for the first time. I couldn't get out of it, so I hit the Back Arrow. I was going to do the Refund again, but when I checked the Invoice, the Refund did go thru. So something definitely glitched. The Customer however, seemed to purchase with no trouble. I also had a sale yesterday, where the Customer seemed to have no trouble (at least they didn't Message me).

I hope something here helps you. It's just crazy that some people are still having trouble. I see you're also having issues with your Finance Page.

I don't know what's going on but its just ridiculous that Etsy won't fix what's broken.  I have NO way of accessing listings period.  If they offer canned responses again I'm just gonna have to close shop.  Offsite ads are also getting ridiculous too.  They don't want to fix my shop but they sure want to take every sale I make this month in offsite ads.  What a joke.  Worst part to this that the moderators won't even step up and take this to Etsy especially since I've been having listing issues for over 4 MONTHS
