Etsy Shop Suspension and No response to Appeals

Hi Etsy Community I hope you all have a wonderful day,

I’ve been selling on etsy with my Main Account RadeArt since 2019 and had a 5 Star Reviews and no Open Cases / Issue, also always reply to my customers and solve their problem quickly. I’ve been putting years of effort and hardwork for designing my shop, product, and other stuff myself until i get stable sales. But I’m very frustrated with my issue with Etsy Shop and I’ve been facing this issue since January. 

Unfortunatelly since im Indonesian, at that time i was making Etsy Account with my Ex Husband Legal name (he is american). And we separate on January 2024, he also block me and didnt give me a code for this account. So my account is not active right now, i also aware that its not possible to change this account legal name to my own since i also am an Indonesian.

So im trying to open a new shop with my own legal name and else. But etsy keep suspending my new account, i wrote multiple emails to Etsy support (more than 10 times) but i never hear back from them. Until recently i got a notification saying that this account is permanently suspended because i never made an appeal (?). It was very heartbreaking because i never sell anything that arent handmade. I design all of the materials for both of my shop myself.

I tried to contact etsy and trying to solve my issue with both new and main account. When i contact them with my main account, the issue always bounce back to me saying “you should email us with the new email”, but when i emailed them with that new account, i never hear back from them.

I genuinely love selling on this platform and i have invested so many hours designing my store. Can anyone help what to do ? Thankyou !

the other shop is open, it's just doesn't have anything for sale.

If it was your shop, in your name, you need to sort that out with etsy.

It also says that shop is in Japan, not Indonesia

when you set up a new shop, it needs to be set up with a new e-mail account

I have hundreds of listings but it was hidden by etsy due the bank verification issue. The shop is in Japan because i used to lived in Japan.

I tried to set up the new shop with a new e-mail account and my own legal name, but apparently the new shop keeps getting suspended
