Can somebody from Etsy support answer on our support ticket? It has been 19 days, no response

I am writing here because we have not received ANY response from Etsy customer support and it has been 19 days. Customer support is unresponsive. Hopefully somebody will see this...

Sadly 19 days is not abnormal or unusual at all. My last email support ticket took 5 weeks for the initial reply and another 2 1/2 weeks to have the issue resolved. So 7 1/2 weeks total for resolution. 

Go to the support ticket page to view your support tickets and add an updated reply to that ticket telling them you still need help. 

Oh and they changed this to a peer to peer support forum a few years ago so it's just us sellers here trying our best to help each other out. Occasionally an actual etsy admin will pop in but thats usually for major site wide issues. You may have better luck posting your issue here.

If you go to the ticket through help - contact us,

via the avitar top right, go to your open tickets, and reply to it, that you are still having the same issue ... tat sometimes gives it a jolt up the tree

If it was a question that Etsy thinks is answered in the Seller handbook, in the help files or other published information, they will never answer as they expect all sellers to have read these.  If it is something about running your business, a legal issue, lack of sales or other subject that they consider your own problem rather than their problem, they will never answer.  For all other questions, they will take weeks to months to answer because they are too busy digging out from all the emails from users asking these types of questions.
