Can sign in to Etsy, but can't sign into Sell on Etsy?

I reset my password and everything - I can login in on my computer and on my phone, both on the web browser and in the app. I got the Sell on Etsy app and it keeps saying my password is wrong even though I literally just reset it (using the button ON the app??). 

Am I supposed to make a new account for Sell on Etsy? Or is something technical going on? Help

You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I'm having problems too. I'm logged into the app on my ipad, that is working fine. I tried to log into my shop on my laptop using chrome. It says my password I'd incorrect.

That's so weird, my Ipad wont let me but on my computer it's fine. Gotta love tech issues...

Also experiencing issue with the so called better selling app. Using the old one fine and can lig on etsy fine but the new app tells me my password is incorrect.
