Can sign in but dashboard not loading

Help! I need to get orders out. I can log in my account but dashboard will not load. Even before I log in the Etsy page is askew; things are lining up along the left side of my screen. Once in, the menu is still on the left but everything else is grayed out and I can't click on anything. When go to Etsy help, all looks fine. I submitted a contact request but, when I click the link in my email, I get a screen with "Null" in every place there should be words.

Try resetting your modem.

Quite a few of us are experiencing this… the dashboard is all askew and so is the shop when viewed as a customer.

I’m having the same issue. The suggested “fix” for Safari didn’t work for me. Created a ticket with Etsy Support. Never in my 13 years on Etsy has this happened before. Bummer!
