Hey all, recently started my shop out, and things have been really going uphill. At some point, it was time for me to verify my bank account, and I put in the wrong number somehow, because we use IBANs here in Europe, and I split the IBAN wrong to the bank code and my ACC number.
Anyways the verification deposit failed, and I had to add my reserve bank account, which I do not use much at all.
Etsy sent a deposit over last weekend, however on Saturday I contacted support with the request to tie another bank account, my very first original one, correctly this time. The support agent was helpful for the most part, and removed my account that was tied into my shop.
But there was some technical issue and now I can't add any bank account, can't verify my "reserve account", the thing is, I have been paying my suppliers out of pocket for weeks now, and Esty has been making their fee off my sales.
The ticketing system is useless, as I get an automatic response with no value, and the chat function has simply disappeared...
I have almost CHF 400 sitting in my account with no way to reimburse my out of pocket costs.
Did anyone experience a similar situation? Can anyone help?
You must reply to the "useless" responses. If you don't then Etsy will close the matter and you have to start again. Reply saying you still need help.
I did already to each ticket i opened... days with no answer and then its marked as complete...
So frustrating!! Don't they ever respond? I don't know what else to suggest.
