Can not add sections

Hello,

I am trying to add a section to my shop and it is not working.  If I enter from the listing, it says "Oops, something went wrong..."  If I do it from the shop editor, the "Add section" button is not highlighted, I am just able to rearrange.  Need help on this!

How many sections do you have currently? You can have up to 20. Are you using the app or a computer web browser?

I am not sure of the total number of sections allowed, but perhaps you have already reached the maximum limit.

Try and see if you can edit sections that can combine some products and then you'll be able to add more sections.

Yeah, I combined Christmas and Thanksgiving into Holiday. Can't believe you can only have 20 sections though.  I have over 100 printables in my shop and they are in very specific categories.  Thank you!

I'm having the same problem. Error message comes up, "Oops something went wrong, try again later" I've tried later, from a couple hours to a few days, still get the error message! Won't let me add a new section...

They said you can only have 20 sections.  I had to combine some of mine.
