This has been an ongoing problem for a few months now and I’m getting fed up. Up until then I’d had no trouble creating scan forms. I know the date must be the same day shipping is so that’s not the problem. I’m using a Safari browser and a window does pop up but remains grey with no form loading.
I want to provide these forms for my carriers convenience and also I feel it gives me extra assurance that my packages were picked up. I ship from home in a large mailbox and usually have around a dozen packages one day per month.
