Calculated shipping problems

I have used calculated shipping for years, it's very easy to use when creating a listing.

It seems to be broken.

1. Can't choose several shipping options for the customer to select at checkout.

2. Can't put in weight, or dimensions of the package. 

This is happening in the old version of new listing.

Don't want to use the new format because it requires me to publish 

a listing first, then open it up to edit it to include correct shipping info? 

Please fix this.

This might linked to Etsy wanting to replace to old listing option with the new one which hasn't been fully tested yet as currently being tested live. I would contact Etsy's customers service for support via chat or email so they can look into it
