I lost my message badge for March but when I went to look at the message CSV file it ends at 2/22 not 2/28 so it wasn't updated for this last week of the month which could have upped my percentage significantly. This means my percentage could be inaccurate. Does anyone else see this in their message file?
@ElegantWreath: Did you receive a new message in a NEW INCOMING THREAD during that period? (Keep in mind that new threads are not counted until after the 24 hour reply window for the first message has passed, only the first message is considered, and they are counted in UTC not in your time zone.) If yes, then perhaps one of the Etsy moderators can check your records.
I had this issue as well and I just chatted with Etsy Support and they told me the last 2 days of the month may count towards the next review period. I also lost my Star Seller status while having messages the last few days of February.
When I asked if by that same logic Nov 29 and Nov 30, 2022 counted towards the last review period, since that would be the last 2 days of the month counting towards the next period...they told me those days didn't count. So it seems random when and if the last 2 days count, and the dates don't match the written dates. Confusing...
Very confusing. My messages end at 2/22/23 so their explanation doesn't match what is going on with my csv list. I will have to write them to correct it because I have about 20 messages not included.
I am also experiencing this issue. I have two messages that are not listed in the message stats. Had they been including I would be at 95% but instead I ended the month at 94%.
Same, about 20 messages aren't included in my stats.
It takes 19 answered to offset 1 unanswered so adding 2 or 3 might not make a difference. It could possibly in some cases where it is close, but probably not in most cases.
Is anyone else seeing the complete irrationality of having to have a 19-1 responserate? Are we to be held to machine like perfection?
