CSV Order Report

My "CSV Orders" report is currently only showing orders from 7/1-7/9.  It was working correctly a few days ago, but now it won't pick up sales after 7/9.  The "CSV Etsy Payment Sales" has the correct data, but my tracking sheet uses the "Orders" format. So frustrating!

Any one else having trouble or any idea how to fix this?

Etsy has decided to screw over their own sellers and CSV data is now 2 weeks behind (ie they are locking us out of current order data). They made no warning or announcement about this.

From support when I contacted: "As of July 14, 2025, Etsy has implemented a two-week delay on the most recent order information included in the Orders CSV export. This means that when you download your Orders CSV, it will only include orders up to two weeks prior to the current date. I understand this impacts how you manage your workflow, especially with a high volume of orders."

This should be a wake up call to all sellers: Etsy is not to be trusted. I am in the process of leaving the platform

Thanks for your answer, at least I know to quit trying to run the report hoping that it will magically work.

Not knowing about other posts on this CSV problem, I created a new one complete with details on my conversation with Etsy tech support. You might want to look at my description of Etsy support's take on the "Expected Behavior" of the new CSV policy. It's pretty clueless of them to think this 2 week delay is a good thing.

This was a real crappy move by Etsy with zero warning to sellers who rely on these reports for order management, tax recording etc

What were they thinking? There are many uses for these reports beyond checking them for star seller discrepancies

My CSV order export currently won't work for orders from July 21st to today. It was working fine a few days ago but now it won't export orders. What is going on and how can I fix this, this sucks!

There is nothing to fix, it's working as intended,

Etsy now only provides the data in csv format for up to 2 weeks ago, on a rolling basis.

With al the paypal only shops moved to etsy payments, apart from the few left who will be gone by 5th August, there are huge numbers who no longer need to use it.
and there is no longer a legal requirement for it to be in real time.

All info is either on the order itself, or the finance csv.

If you want more up-to-date info , in a different format from the payment csv and orders, you need to use an api, or a company that uses one for your inventory/accounting management.
