I have a listing showing to the customer as "sold out" when it is showing in stock for me. Help?

This customer is super sweet and has contacted me 3 times about this.  I've restarted my computer, cleared my cache, renewed the listing and everything else I could think to do.  Said listing is still showing to the customer as sold out.  What's next?  Etsy has no way to contact directly about this unless I lie and snag a customer agent.

Create a custom order for the customer with the items they want.

Sounds mysterious but I'd go for a custom order if you can't solve the mystery. The mystery could also be on the customer's end.
