How do I end the COMEBACK discount???

@SunnyBanners go to shop manager - marketing - sales and discounts.   Scroll down to see what you have running, and there should be instructions on how to end the offer.

@SunnyBanners: If you mean the 'Thank You' targeted offer, based on many many threads in this forum, the functionality to stop sending them (and for Abandoned Cart and Favorite targeted offers) the functionality to stop sending them seems to have disappeared. Sales coupons and promo codes can be stopped by clicking on <details> under the offer.

There is no option in details to end the COMEBACK

@SunnyBanners: Since you can name your offers and coupon codes yourself, we do not know if "COMEBACK" is a targeted offer, a sale, or a promo code.

If you don’t have an option to disable the code, you can’t end it. It’s a known issue that many sellers are unhappy about.

Is it for faves or abandoned carts? If so, you need to click "stop sending"

is this a coupon Etsy automatically sends when someone makes a purchase?  If so, Etsy changed things.  Thank you coupons now expire after a year and can not be ended, you only have the option to stop sending offers.  This is also true of abandoned cart coupons which now expire in 2 months.

COMEBACK is the code name suggestion from Etsy when you set-up a targeted offer for Abandoned Cart.
