Anybody has issues with Etsy Ads Performance statistics?

I notice that my etsy ads performance statistics....all messed up....

They keep changing back and forth from 0 to the real traffic statistics....these past few days...on both my cell and computer....

Can't just be me ??!!

I've been experiencing the same issue with Etsy Ads for a few days now. At one moment, it shows 2 clicks, and when I check again, it suddenly jumps to 50–60 clicks. Of course, the higher cost is reflected in the charges. This makes me uneasy — I wonder which number is actually accurate.

Yes, same here. It's been screwy for a few days. Hope it gets fixed soon, but for now I am keeping my budget very low and only turning them on for a few hours a day.

Same here.

It's been glitchy for a few days. Jumping back and forth between outdated stats, zero stats and live stats. The performance themselves have also been screwy during this time.

At this moment, I can't even see stats from the past

Currently showing zero for all stats across all date periods, including custom.

I was also unable to access keyword info a couple of days ago - I didn't report it as a glitch as I assumed Etsy had removed the feature

Same issue here.

For the past few days, my Etsy Ads panel keeps switching between real-time stats and outdated numbers. Sometimes it shows accurate performance, and a few hours later everything resets to zero. Then it suddenly jumps back again. Right now, all my stats are showing zero — even though I know there were impressions and clicks earlier today.

It’s really confusing and makes tracking performance impossible. Hoping Etsy fixes this soon.

@BaneberryCreations  Mine flatlined today. It's obvious they have been working on it recently. Lots of different things going on. We'll just have to wait and see.

"Our engineering partners are currently aware of an issue with the Etsy Ads.

At this time, we do not have a timeframe for when this issue will be resolved"

Same thing for me. It's been glitchy for a few days and now there are no stats at all.

mine were fine up to today, and now in Both shops 'flat-lined'..........

No. It's not just you. It's keeps getting repeatedly fixed and then broken again in some way. The keyword filtering didn't work for a long time, then it did for a short time, then they added the incredibly useful ROAS by keyword (well it would be if it was accurate), then that was broken with zeros across the board. Then it was fixed and now it's broken again, even worse than before. Sadly, Etsy seem unable to fix one issue without causing three others.

I'm having similar issues... zeros across the board for today and any time period I select, really. I've now paused my advertising until I hear it's back up and running. I don't want to waste any more $.

The "spitty" part of me wonders whether turning off my ads will make an improvement happen faster - i.e. no income for Etsy

HOWEVER

The rational part of me realises that I'm part of that sorry group that is being "supressed" by Etsy so at the moment, Etsy ads seem to be the only thing bringing traffic/sales to my shop.

Thank you guys for all your replies. Knowing that I'm not alone sure helps with the spirits LOL and hopefully it will also attract a little bit of attention from the etsy team to help get it fixed...maybe faster? LOL

We've been here and around....for long long time, like a lot of you folks out there.

It sure feels good knowing that you have the whole community...a pool of people ( exactly like ourselves ) to fall back on when in need.

For that, I can not thank you guys enough and wish everybody luck and fun...with the upcoming long weekend!
