Buyers not able to send photos

So its been fine all weekend, but today so far, i've had 3 new buyers not able to attach images to messages there sending me, they've tried 3 times and it sill keeps coming up for them and i quote

Hi Lee. It won't let me send my image. Says its the first time im messaging you??

Thats there 3rd message to us, have 2 others with similar issues, seem to be new buyers on the site and just signed up by the looks of it

Are they using a browser or the buyer's app?

i believe a mix of both, i did get one buyer to try both and was having the same issue on Mac and iphone, the others i didn't ask just got them to email

Odd - I just got a message from a first-timer that said they couldn't attach a photo.  If I hear back, I'll ask if they are using an app or browser.

I don't think it matters if they are using an app or browser. 

It looks like first time messages cannot send pictures at all.......and sellers cannot send them pictures either. The 'upload file' is not even there for me right now - was going to send pictures to a first time message and cannot. On my phone and on my laptop.

Nevermind! I don't have the 'upload file' on ANY of my messages right now.
